Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 5 business days of payment.
They are shipped via La Poste Colissimo with a tracking number and off without signature.
After your order, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include preparation and packing costs and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We can combine two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Boxes dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Delivery errors

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, damaged product ...) must be indicated on the good delivery form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the customer. The consumer must confirm this problem by sending the carrier within two (2) business days following the date of delivery by mail with return receipt stating such claims. The consumer must send a copy of this letter by mail to our customer service:

According to Hamon law and that since 14 June 2014: For every purchase online realized in a country of the European Union, the consumer will have to withdraw from a period of 14 days from receipt of the product, without give reasons.
Will bear the direct costs of goods return.
In case of error of delivery or exchange request, any product for exchange or refund will be returned to the company Folcke ORTHOPEDIE as a whole and in its original packaging, in Colissimo. The return addresses of distributors will contact you during the return process.

To be accepted, any return will be reported prior to Customer Service Company Folcke ORTHOPEDIE via your online account on our site.

Upon receipt of the complaint, Folcke ORTHOPEDIE assign a return number of the product (s) concerned (s) and communicate by e-mail to the consumer. The exchange of a product can take place only after the allocation to the consumer of a return number that the approach outlined above.

Return shipping costs are the customer.

Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and release the company ORTHOPEDIC Folcke of any liability towards the consumer.
